The Fogstar Energy Modular Battery Stack (FE51.2-48.3) is a high-capacity, low-voltage (51.2V) LiFePO₄ energy storage system designed for residential, commercial and light industrial applications.
Built from 3-4 X 16.1kWh battery modules, and managed by a single top-mounted control unit that operates the system as one fully integrated solution.
With the ability to scale up to 1.23MWh, IP65 protection, integrated heating and built-in fire suppression, this system is engineered for reliable performance in demanding UK environments.
System Overview
Each 48.3kWh stack consists of:
• 3 × 16.1kWh LiFePO₄ battery modules
• Integrated top-mounted control unit
• Heavy-duty base plate structure
• Built-in 350A isolation breaker
Once assembled, the control unit manages all modules as one unified battery system — simplifying commissioning, inverter communication, monitoring and servicing.
The modular architecture allows additional stacks to be added at any time, making this solution ideal for phased commercial installs or growing energy demand.
